Contactize on Wordpress in 5 Simple Steps

Do you want a fully functional contact form on your WordPress blog? Contactize makes it simple. You don’t even need to fuss with installing Wordpress plugins! After creating your Contactize form on Contactize.com, just sign into your WordPress and do this:

  1. Add a New Page.
  2. Change your page’s title (e.g. “Contact Us”).
  3. Change your page’s permalink (e.g. “contact”).
  4. Click on the HTML tab and paste in your Contactize page-widget code.
  5. Click “Publish”.

You’re done!
